Isla Brava is found on the northern Pacific coast of Panama, an ideal setting for the nature-minded real estate pioneer looking to be ahead of the tourism and development curve.
Project location:The project is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from David (second largest city in Panama), with modern hospital facilities, banks, shopping centers, gourmet and full selection supermarkets. David also has an international airport with daily flights to San Jose, Costa Rica and Panama City. (Note: Already an international airport, David is undergoing significant expansion. On January 10th, 2007 Gregorio Montecer, Engineer and Advisor to the Director of the Civil Aeronautical Authority, released the results of a 3 year study and unveiled a master plan for a 10 million expansion) On its western edge, the property has an established boutique hotel - Calamia - as neighbour, the owner of which is participing as an investor on the project.
Description:The property is approximately 158 acres with 1 km of coastal frontage on the Pacific side to include access to 4 very unique beaches and an exclusive peninsula. The property has gently sloping land which climbs to the center of the island to an altitude of approximately 400 feet all with extreme ocean views, and nice sea breezes in a secondary forested environment. From the highest point on the property you have views both to the Pacific and the bay on the back side, framed by inland mountains, with the land again gently sloping to the water on the bay side leading down to an estuary that will be the future boutique marina site and staging area for the project residents.
