How our referral program works

For client referrals that result in a successful real estate transaction, Coldwell Banker Nicaragua will pay 25% of the gross commission earned on the referred side of the transaction.

We receive many of our referrals by way of a simple introduction over the email and this works well. In other cases, we have prepared bespoke marketing information for a specific network that is interested in exploring real estate opportunities in Nicaragua.

We also have an active internet based referral program with built in automatic tracking.

Here is how it works:

  • We provide each referral partner with a unique tracking link and a selection of text links and banners.
  • The referral partner places a simple text link or banner advert on their website.
  • When a client clicks on the banner or the text link they are taken to a landing page with information on Nicaragua real estate.
  • The landing page automatically registers the client to the referring partner.
  • If the client wants further information, wishes to sign up for our newsletters, or download an article, they will need to fill a contact form. When the form is submitted, a copy of the email is sent to the referral partner for their records.
  • We handle correspondence with prospect and a standard referral fee of 25% of referred side applies to all successful sales.
