Nicaragua’s National Assembly approves Coastal Law
It’s been a long time coming … but worth the wait. The newly approved Coastal Law provides a solid framework for managing the development of Nicaragua’s coastline and puts in place strong measures for protecting private property ownership. Reactions from the development community have been postive and commentators have noted that the new law is likely to stimulate development in the country.
