Now Nica and Coldwell Banker are in the pink

The pink in Question is Britain’s traditionally pink-papered Financial Times – most definately a very serious paper, all about, you guessed it, money, or dinero as they say in these parts.

Anyway, in its weekend House & Home section it featured Nicaragua and our very own Kirk, CB Nicaragua’s President.

His wisdom above bodes well for all investors in Nicaragua and the extra publicity ensures that Nicaragua’s reputation continues to grow.

Nicaragua – A Nice Surprise

For the author of this article on Granada, his visit to

Nicaragua turned out to be a real surprise.Like many before him his preconceptions of this incredible country proved very wrong and as with many many more, he ended up falling in love with the place.

Just like we did.
