Your new vacation home is waiting for you in San Juan del Sur
Monday, February 23rd, 2009Own a fully furnished, fully landscaped home with inspired architectural design for a single all-inclusive price. A truly turnkey experience where everything is taken care of.
This world class resort has been able to maintain a historical occupancy rate of between 70-80% for the past 4 years. Of all the development communities in San Juan del Sur, this community is the farthest along and has set the bar for others up and coming. Each unit is individually owned while professionally managed and maintained by the hotel.
The profits from the luxury resort are used to fund the A. Jean Brugger Charitable Foundation. This is best practice social responsibility – where a social and financial mission are so inter-twined to be inseparable. Where else can you sip a Margarita with a view like the one above of the pool at Bistro la Canoa knowing that you are helping make Nicaragua a better place?

Nicaragua’s first Earthship Pitaya Festival was a huge success
Wednesday, February 18th, 2009Here’s a video taster of the music festival held earlier this month at Casa Llanta, an eco-community located a little south of San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua. The event was such a success that it will now take place on an annual basis.
What’s more, Earthships are now firmly on the green real estate map in Nicaragua.
Congratulations to Brooke Rundle, Tim Kelly, Matty Powell, Justin Lyon and Samuel Chally for pulling the festival together. The video is by David Kalani and there’s more to come. Enjoy it below and for anyone interested in Earthships, you can follow an account of the building process and check out our property information.

Mulling over whether Nicaragua is right for you?
Saturday, February 14th, 2009
Are you curious about Nicaragua? Maybe you’ve heard some stories about the empty surf breaks, the great fishing, the eco-adventures or historic colonial towns?
Life is good for many people living abroad. Often mentioned are things like a lower cost of living, more affordable real estate, the experience of a new culture, cheaper healthcare and warmer weather.
And, for many, moving abroad is an opportunity for reinvention and a way to escape from the drudgery of 9-5 living.
Still, living overseas is not for everyone. The best way to determine whether Nicaragua is right for you is to come and experience it first hand.
We’ve got the contacts, we know the destinations, we’ve toured every inch of the country and we’re delighted to bring you the best the country has to offer. Contact us for a Nicaragua vacation package just for you.
Cutting great deals on exceptional properties
Friday, February 6th, 2009We know that the actual process of buying real estate in Nicaragua is fairly straightforward. But understanding how to leverage the current buyer’s market and cut great deals on exceptional properties is more difficult.
And that’s exactly what we will be doing on our Your Future Now real estate tours in March.
We’ve run the numbers, done the math, interviewed and ranked property developments across the country against 7 Opportunity Factors. We’ve ensured that the tour only showcases market leaders with strong brands, delivering quality products that are already outperforming their competitors:

Your Future Now will run on March 13-15, 2009 and again on March 20-22, 2009. If your preferred date is full, we’ll try our hardest to accommodate you on the alternative tour date.
No question, Your Future Now is a highly efficient way to get a handle on this market. And remember, we’re covering all on-the-ground expenses for three days. All you need to do is book your air ticket to Managua. We’ll take care of the rest.
