He first moved to Nicaragua as a volunteer with the Peace Corps and has travelled extensively throughout the country. His experience brings an in-depth knowledge of the politics, language, culture, and real estate market in Nicaragua.
Samuel lives in Granada because of his love for this vibrant city and its colonial atmosphere. As a surfer, Samuel also has an appreciation for Nicaragua’s beautiful coastline and world-class waves.
