Samuel has been living, working, and traveling in Latin America for the last 5 years. He first moved to Nicaragua as a volunteer with the Peace Corps and has travelled the extensively throughout the country. His experience brings an in-depth knowledge of the politics, language, culture, and real estate market in Nicaragua. Samuel lives in Granada because of his love for this vibrant city and its colonial atmosphere. As a surfer, Samuel also has an appreciation for Nicaragua’s beautiful coastline and world-class waves.
