Erwin Maatje - Coldwell Banker
Erwin has lived in the university town of Leòn for over a year now. Originally from The Netherlands where he studied human geography at the Groningen University he decided to try and make a living abroad. He ended up in Nicaragua. Starting off as a volunteer volcano guide he fell in love with the beauty of the country and its people.
While still living in The Netherlands he worked as a social worker. That’s where he developed a keen ear to what people want. He also bought and fixed up three one-century old houses. His love for old houses is one of the reasons he decided to stay in colonial Leòn.
Together with Wenddy he forms an all-round team which will accommodate everybody who is interested in buying a house in the vibrant, colonial city of Leòn. He is also in the process of setting up a hiking tour company at the moment..
