Brooke Rundle - Coldwell Banker

Brooke Rundle is a licensed realtor in her home state of California. She has been active in commercial real estate since 2004. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Nicaragua, Brooke was an Associate with Orion Realty Group, the exclusive real estate brokerage for Fidelity National Financial (FNF) and the Fortune 300 Company’s subsidiaries across the United States. Specializing in office and retail space, she was responsible for various types of real estate transactions and was active in all phases of the negotiation including site selection, financial analysis, management of tenant improvements, legal documentation and contract interpretation.

Brooke’s passion for traveling, surfing and personal interest in real estate investment opportunities originally brought her to Nicaragua in 2006. She fell in love with the country on her first visit and has run clinics and distributed supplies to local schools within the community ever since. She currently volunteers at the Arms of Love (Brazos de Amor) orphanage in Jinotepe, one of the charitable organizations featured on her personal Nicaragua website. Also featured is information on Dos Manos - a collection of non-profits in Nicaragua that Brooke supports.

Brooke also actively works as an agent for Bring It Promotions International Volleyball Agency, placing volleyball players on professional teams worldwide throughout Asia and Europe which provides her with unique experience in travel consultation and foreign network development. Brooke was an All-American volleyball player at UC Santa Barbara and played professionally in Europe.
